Guruguhaamrta is proud to present the 2025 competition of Muddusvami Dikshitar kirtanams for students of vocal music. Year after year, the competition has gained credibility and interest among the student and musicians’ community for its serious, focussed and academic approach to the works of Dikshitar. Winners are awarded Tambura and Cash prizes.
 

The following guidelines are important, and would answer many of the common
questions regarding the instructions for Zoom Login.

• Please join the Zoom Link provided in the Participants Page

• Once you are in the Zoom meeting, look for the breakout room with the code mentioned against your name and join that breakout room

• Reporting time is mentioned against the participant name under each category. Please follow the same. 

• Order of participants will also be as shared in the table in the participants list page

• if any participant is joining late, please make sure a friend/parent joins and informs the judges/volunteers at the time of your session

• You are free to leave the meeting after your turn but we advise you to stay and listen to the rest of the participants as it can be helpful

• Please ensure you join the Zoom Session from a laptop or computer (preferable) with good audio quality.

• Please ensure you turn the setting 'Original Sound for Musicians' to ON in the Zoom after you login

• Finalists would be announced on October 10th on the website
